My Story
My mission in life is to help other women overcome their obstacles and help them believe in themselves while they find out who they are authentically.

I am a child of God, wife, mom, and daughter. I help people to overcome their obstacles because I am THE OVERCOMER. I help people to realize their true potential to believe in themselves again. I can talk about this and help other people because I have built myself up from the ashes several times.
I am the Overcomer because I have redefined the word overcomer. I have 'overcome' being bullied through school, which led to low self-esteem, mentally and verbally abusive relationships both professionally and personally.

I have overcome the trauma of losing a family member due to suicide and the daily trauma of parents who were not well medically my entire life. I know what it is like to feel completely alone and vulnerable. I know what it is like to be made to feel like the shit under someone’s shoe because others have made me feel that way. I know what it is like to feel extreme pain and alienation yet keep going.

I am the OVERCOMER because I have used these past hurts and am now helping others to overcome their obstacles and find their worthiness. I am teaching others that their value is not wrapped up in what other people think of them, but their worth comes from within.

It took me years of healing and inner reflection to realize my past mistakes and take ownership in my part of the journey, but I have also realized to set healthy boundaries so that I can protect myself from burnout. I have made self-care an important part of my life after I realized that I could not pour from an empty cup. I have realized that there is more to life than work, work, work and that in the past I have used work as a way to show love and gain acceptance, but I have realized that by being who I was, I was more important than the doing of the tasks.
"You either take control of your life or it takes control of you. It’s that simple."
My Mission
I am on a mission to change the world, one person at a time. To stand up for themselves, to believe in themselves, and I know that you are not alone in your journey, and for them to feel hope again.

I am out to help you share your story to the world, I want to help you become visible so that the people connected to your life see you.
