Are you frustrated with where you are in life?

Do you feel like what you're doing is not enough and that you will never reach the top?

What if I told you that no matter where you start in life, your job, or your business, you can and will go to the top with constancy, dedication, and hard work? What if I told you that the G.O.A.T started his career at # 199?

My family and I took a vacation the last week of August, and we hit some incredible places.

My bucket list was to be at Heinz Field for a Steelers game, and my husband wanted to go to the Hall of Fame in Canton.

We made each other's dreams come true. I will never forget the feeling of being in the stadium and soaking up the atmosphere, seeing my team go into the end zone with their touchdown, and I sat not that far away from them when it happened.

On the way home, we stopped at the Football Hall of Fame. My husband is a huge sports fanatic. To him, football is life; I also came from a family that enjoys it.

My husband doesn't have a favorite team. He has a favorite player. His player is Tom Brady, so to him, it was not Tampa Bay Buccaneers; it was Tom Brady's team. I reminded him it takes a team to win a game, not just a player.

After years of being upset with him because he put Tom on a pedestal and would bad mouth other players (which I can't stand), I decided to investigate Tom's career. He is the top in his field, but he would be the first to tell you that it takes a team to win, not just one person.

At the Hall of Fame, I looked at the draft cards. I saw all of 2021-22, but then I saw Tom was not the 1st draft pick nor the second. Tom Brady was the #199 draft pick of 2000. My jaw dropped, and bells and whistles went off in my head.

If THE GOAT is #1 in 2022 and goes from 199 to 1, there is no stopping anyone if they want it bad enough. He was the highest-paid quarterback in 2021 with $72.5 million, and as of August 12th, 2022, he is over $75 million before taxes and agent fees and is now the highest-paid quarterback of 2022. He started his career with a 3-year deal of $ 864,000.

So, I did some research; why does Tom win so much? As you would expect, adopting a healthy diet, taking care of muscles, and getting back to basics with things like proper hydration and being well rested, which Tom calls the TB12 Method and exercise and nutrition program that Brady developed with the help of his close friend and body coach Alex Guerrero.

Tom is constant in what he does, up at 6 am for his workout and in bed by 9 pm.

But also another detail that stood out was how he plays brain games to sharpen his mind. As described in the profile, the games go like this: "Three balls appear; they start to move around, and then more balls are introduced; you have to point out the original balls.

Another game: Twelve birds flash on the screen, one with dark wings, and you have to click on the quadrant of the screen where the dark-winged bird was located when the birds disappear."

Brady powers through over two dozen brain games daily. He claims that it helps him sharpen everything from attention and brain speed to memory and emotional intelligence.

Are you willing to do what it takes to get the results Tom Brady has? Are you ready to look past the now, visualize what you want your future to look like, and stay with it for as long as it takes?

We usually all say yes until we have to do it; when we don't see the results we want, we tend to get frustrated and give up.

What if what you're doing each day is enough? What if showing up was half the battle? What if taking baby steps daily will get you where you want to go?

Anyone famous or successful will tell you they were not an overnight sensation; it took time, effort, blood, sweat, and tears to get there.

So, to recap, the best way to become successful is:

- Get a morning routine

- Stay constant with your routine

- Keep your body hydrated

- Take care of you

- Move your body

- Have proper nutrition

- Get your mind right

- Work on keeping your mind right

- Get a coach, as it will help you stay constant

- Have the blueprint of where you want to always go in life in front of you

- Get a good night's sleep

- And NEVER GIVE UP; you may have to tweak your blueprint and game plan but never give up on yourself.

I hope this resonated with you. If you need help creating your roadmap to get to the top, I would love to hear you; we have a new playbook coming out on November 1st. that helps people get unstuck and build the roadmap to the top! Follow me for more details.
