To the woman who doesn’t even recognize herself, this is for you.

To the women who were taught to put everyone before themselves, and who slowly found it drained you, I see you.

To the women who go to work with a smile on their face, knowing they'll do their best but are often told it's not good enough, I see you.

To the women whose thoughts are racing, second guessing ever decision she has ever made in life I see you.

To the women who have lost themselves in their family, their job, their passions, and, finally, their own bodies, I see you.

To the women whose body is changing to the shifts in moods, to the shifts in lack of desire for the things that used to bring her so much joy, I see you.

To the women who have tried to talk to doctors to find out what is going on with your body, to go in with a list of 32 things that are not right and be told it's all in your head, I see you.

To the women who wait a year for a specialist to find out what is wrong with her, to be looked at, not asked any questions and told you need to lose weight. To endure 30 minutes of weight conversation, but you are there for something completely different. I see you.

To the women who feel like no one is listening to them, they feel like they're about to go out of their minds because they know this is NOT who they are, but no one will listen. I see you.

To the women whose body temperature likes to dip into what feels like the pit of hell at any given moment, with sweat pouring down your back, I see you.

To the woman who used to be able to sleep as soon as her head hit the pillow, who is now up every hour on the hour, I see you.

To the women who want to give the one-finger salute to everything and everyone around her, because she is exhausted, feels broken, is numb to a fractured system, has cried out for help for years, and is ready to just quit, I see you.

This woman is me.

I know I am not alone, and I know that there are many of us out there.

Keep pressing through for you!

Just when I was about to give up and thought this would be my life forever, I found someone who listened to me.

I feel validated, I feel like she understands me.

So don’t give up hope, ladies.

I see you! I hear you! I am on this journey with you!

And together we will rise above this.

To the men in our lives, it’s not you, it’s us.

Be patient as we navigate our way through this journey of MENOPAUSE, of rediscovering ourselves and finding people who can help us on our journey of healing, of seeing us and bringing us back to a life of pure joy.

Here’s to a long life of rediscovery, of transformation and NEVER giving up!

If this is you, I would love to connect. You are not in this alone.
